You may encounter “Accessory Not Found” error while trying to pair a HomeKit accessory in Home app. There are some requirements for a HomeKit accessory to be pairable: It’s highly recommened to upgrade iOS device to latest system version A HomeKit accessory can only be paired to a single iOS device There is no problem with bluetooth communication between iOS device and bluetooth HomeKit accessory The iOS device and network based HomeKit accessory must connect to the same router You can checking items below to trouble shooting.

Terncy Smart lock, Wall Switch, Light Controller support two modes. Bluetooth mode, that can be paired to HomeKit directly, or ZigBee mode that need to work with Terncy Home Center. Log management is a feature in Terncy Home Center to help user send information back to Terncy workers to debug or analysis cause of errors users encountered. In order to ensure your privicy is protected, the log management actions must be started by the owner of the Home Center. And only Terncy system running logs are included, no user personal information nor WiFi credential are included. The data will be tranported and saved encrpted.
