T&C for Christmas Contest

TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. The contest will take place on Twitter.
  2. Participants are required to follow and subscribe our Twitter @xiaoyantech.
  3. The contest will run from Dec 25th, 2018 - Jan 4th, 2019. Entries close at GTM 11:59pm Jan 4th, 2019.
  4. The winners will be announced on Twitter page of Xiaoyan Smart Home on Jan 9th, 2019.
  5. Participants are required to retweet and reply the specific post on Twitter. Participants are required to use the hashtag #Terncy.
  6. The contest is valid for people who have attained the age of 18 years or above.
  7. Five winners will be randomly selected.
  8. Winners will be contacted privately by Xiaoyan through Messages of Twitter. If a potential winner has not confirmed receipt of the notification with 3 days after the first attempt, another winner may be selected to replace them at random.
  9. Each winner shall be rewarded with a set of Terncy Life Kit.
  10. One entry is valid per person. Entries will be ineligible for this contest if they:
    • fail to meet entry requirements as stated above;
    • are found to be using multiple accounts to enter;
    • are produced by automated means;
    • violate the rights of any other person or entity.
  11. No Xiaoyan Tech employee or immediate relative are eligible for participation. Such entries shall not be considered.
  12. Winners shall be selected at random via Tweetdraw tool (http://competitionagency.com/tweetdraw/) by Xiaoyan’s sole and absolute discretion. Decisions by Xiaoyan Tech would be final.
  13. The prize will be allocated to winner at random linked to the independently algorithm of Tweetdraw.
  14. The prizes are non-refundable, there is no cash alternative, and they cannot be exchanged for any other prize.
  15. The prizes will be sent to the winners via post to the address provided to Xiaoyan. Any prize returned to the sender will be considered unwanted.
  16. Prizes will be sent within TWENTY-EIGHT(28) calendar days following receipt of address.

  17. Participants in the contest agree that Xiaoyan Tech will have no liability for:

    • any damage to prizes sent to the verified winners.
    • any non-delivery of prizes caused by the provision of wrong information by the winners, postal disputes or other causes beyond Xiaoyan’s control.

  18. Xiaoyan Tech reserves the right to amend, modify, cancel or withdraw this contest at any time but only before the delivery of a prize, without notice.

  19. By participating in this contest, the participants accept the terms and conditions of entry.
